Corporate Communication Executive
Company Description
E.A Technique (M) Berhad is a local marine company that owns and operates marine vessels where our business is focused on marine transportation and offshore storage of oil & gas ("O&G"), and provision of port marine services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Communication Executive at EA Technique (M) Bhd located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Communication Executive will be responsible for:
- Involve in corporate exercises, company announcements, press releases, general meetings, and press conference
• Lead for the end-to-end processes associated with the management of corporate activities – specifically company announcements and any other company-associated materials
• Define, develop, implement, and control corporate communications and branding strategy.
• Navigate the transition corporate's public image.
• Oversee directors’ dealings and stay compliant with the latest corporate governance regulations
• Conduct regulatory checks, filing and maintaining records of all corporate activities and information Coordinate with public relations/investor relations company to establish rapport with external stakeholders such as media entities and channels, and liaison work for the press release and distribution as needed.
• Strategize news conferences, interviews and create marketing materials.
• Monitor the news for mentions of the organization.
• Responsible for internal and external communications, including the facilitation of communication in the face of unanticipated event.
• Oversee, produce and direct corporate website, brochure, annual report, sustainability report, and company profiles.
• Manage content production for the corporate’s social media posts and monitor performance to increase internal and external awareness of key events, and changes in the organization including the launch of new services/solutions, special events, local and global news captured, and other topics of interest.
• Produce and maintain corporate identity materials including company profiles, webpages, internal platform, pitch deck, proposal decks, letterhead, email signatures, greeting cards and other brand visuals company letterhead and email signature and facilitate circulation.
• Maintain updated info across all files and safekeep all documentations and ensure accuracy of information.

- Experience in Strategic Communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
