Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Establish goals and monitor progress toward achieving sales targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales
- strategies.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Business Director to align sales initiatives with the
- company's overall business goals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts, closing deals that align with company’s business and financial objectives.
- Represent company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and build client networks.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and expectations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
- Ensure the team’s activities are aligned with company goals and that each member meets their individual targets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts and create marketing materials that support sales goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to the executive team.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery for new clients.
Required Skills:

Education:

Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the IT, cloud services, or data Center industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Experience managing high-level client relationships and negotiating large-scale contracts.
