The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. Requires a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Assist with company daily administration, procurement and general office management
  • Ad-hoc arrangement of flight and accommodation for colleagues
  • Manage CEO leave system and claim expenses
  • Consolidate data using Excel or prepare PowerPoint slides
  • Research and gather information
  • Taking of minutes of meeting
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Perform data collection
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive document.

Job Requirements

Experience/Skills:

1. High Proficiency in MS Office Suite

2. Financial and accounting statement language

3. Experience in the Construction/ Property field added advantage

4. Experience with dealing with government departments added advantage

5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

6. Ability to travel

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

  • 5 days a week
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
