Job Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Near Kerinchi LRT Station)
We are currently recruiting talents to gain internship experiences for our Finance - Cash Management Intern (Year 2025 Intake).
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable invoice and day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Process vendor and inter-company invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Process recurring payment documents.
- Process month end activities e.g. reporting and GR/IR reconciliation.
- To accurately process all Accounts Payable transactions within the given time frame.
- All transactions should be processed i.e. entered into SAP or rejected according to the established process and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer degree in Accounting/ Banking /Finance/ Economics or any equivalent course.
- At least 3 to 6 months of internship period.
- Target on Sept/Oct Intake, but also open with all intakes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- English both verbal and written skills
- Business oriented, proactive, team player and can work independently.
