The role is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales team and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager report to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for:
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements from policy makers, tracking competitor contributions and their accomplishments.
- Brainstorming and presenting ideas to management in overcoming challenges and changes in the market to ensure continuous growth.
- Partner with internal Iftitah departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of company’s business plans.
- Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Present relevant reliable reports to Chief Executive Officer timely, analyzing past performance and proposing future activities and direction.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy targeting clients in Malaysia and few ASEAN countries in line with latest client’s behavior.
- Maintain and increase strong sales growth with existing and new clients.
- Help sales & application support team reach professional customer service levels, where needed, through active training & coaching.
- Lead market research and analysis to measure customer attitudes to the current product range, and new product introductions.
- Lead product training plan to equip sales team with the basic & technical knowledge to sell the products.
- Maintain the driven atmosphere within the sales team by understanding, living and spreading Company’s Core Value within the team.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is the most common degree for a sales manager position or sales manager with an associate degree in certain circumstances. (MUST IN SALES MEDICAL BACKGROUND)
- Proven track record as sales manager with excellent managing & communication skills.
- Experience skills as manager must be more than 5 years and above.
- Firm & aggressive character to meet company goals.
