Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Coordination:

  • Oversee and manage the internal organization of client accounts, ensuring that all tasks, projects, and communications are tracked and completed as scheduled.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, finance, strategy, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all account activities align with internal procedures, timelines, and overall goals.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage internal budgets for client accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with overall project scope.
  • Monitor budget progress, identify any discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve budgetary issues promptly.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on budget performance, highlighting any deviations or concerns.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure that invoicing, payments, and financial reporting align with account budgets and schedules.

Internal Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes related to account management, budgeting, and project execution.
  • Work with the operations team to streamline workflows and optimize the efficiency of internal account handling.
  • Ensure that internal systems and tools are used effectively to track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Prepare internal communications and updates to keep stakeholders informed about account status, budget performance, and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and that projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensure any client feedback or concerns are communicated clearly and effectively to the relevant internal departments.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze account performance, including financial performance, project delivery, and client satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of client accounts for senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and financial outcomes.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Support and guide junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, providing mentorship on best practices for account organization and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align account goals with broader company objectives.
  • Lead internal meetings to discuss project updates, account status, and resource allocation.

Project Tracking & Deadlines:

  • Ensure all internal teams stay on track with project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all team members are aligned on expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, with a focus on internal coordination and budgeting.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing account financials.
  • Experience with project management tools and internal collaboration platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
