Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Coordination:

- Ensure that internal systems and tools are used effectively to track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare internal communications and updates to keep stakeholders informed about account status, budget performance, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and that projects are completed successfully.
- Ensure any client feedback or concerns are communicated clearly and effectively to the relevant internal departments.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Analyze account performance, including financial performance, project delivery, and client satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of client accounts for senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and financial outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Support and guide junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, providing mentorship on best practices for account organization and budgeting.
- Collaborate with senior management to align account goals with broader company objectives.
- Lead internal meetings to discuss project updates, account status, and resource allocation.
Project Tracking & Deadlines:
- Ensure all internal teams stay on track with project deadlines and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all team members are aligned on expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, with a focus on internal coordination and budgeting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing account financials.
- Experience with project management tools and internal collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
