Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial partnerships and achieve sales targets on third-party platforms in the Asia-Pacific region (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok): Develop sales strategies and plans, maintain client relationships, lead key negotiations.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, coordinate internal resources, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with regional market agents in the Asia-Pacific region to establish operational standards and strategies.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and key metrics through campaign planning and process optimization.
  • Collect market and industry insights: Regularly organize communication and enablement sessions across regional markets.
  • Provide sales guidance and support to all markets.
  • Identify and expand new business opportunities: Develop and explore new business models and potential partnerships.
  • Establish and implement new business initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least have 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or internet industries, with a strong understanding of platform operation rules and backend logic.
  • Excellent channel management and client relationship management skills.
  • Result-driven, with strong self-motivation, teamwork spirit, proactive work attitude, and outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
