Role: Junior Developer

Required Technical Skill Set: Mainframe with Cards (Card Link / Vision Plus)

Good to have Technical Skill Set: CICS, VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL

Desired Experience Range: 2 to 4 Years

Location of Requirement: Malaysia

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

  • Application development experience in Design, coding, testing, and debugging with mainframe skills such as zOS, CICS, VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL, Zeke, File Aid, Changeman, AbendAid, Card Link / Vision Plus

Good-to-Have:

  1. API/Java knowledge/skills
  2. Automation skills
  3. Knowledge in Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor would be an added advantage

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

  1. With working experience in Credit Card Systems
  2. Must possess at least 2-4 years of experience in Mainframe zOS - CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS environment
  3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools
  5. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks/projects. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision
