Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Butterworth at Tan Chong Group. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
