OVERVIEW

  • Designing, developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation solutions.
  • Crafting and executing queries upon request for data and business Processes.
  • Explore & Develop Automation for Business activities.
  • Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
  • Operating as an advisor or business consultant and recommending process automation improvements.
  • Designing and implementing software robotics and process automation.
  • Bring a level of robotics knowledge to the client and play an important role in identifying and targeting new opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • Analysing, documenting and reengineering business processes in scope for automation and robotics.
  • Designing and implementing solutions around RPA software like Automation Anywhere and UI Path and to advise our clients on RPA tool selection.
  • Support business development activities, responding to the proposals as a RPA subject matter expert, by coordinating with key stake holders in the company.
  • Defines more specific development tasks, task dependencies, and provides time estimates to complete work.
  • Creates product test plans for processes not developed including identification of data sets, systems and environments.
  • Perform Quality assurance tests for all developments before their go-live and resolve any potential issues.
  • Ensure timely and qualitative closure of all digitization projects.
  • Acts as a resource and communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, technical leads, and management to regularly report on status, issues, and risks.
  • Provides status reports and metrics on assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
  • Entry without a degree or HND is possible for those with good all-round IT skills.
  • Technical knowledge on leading software robotic automation tools, preferably Automation Anywhere.
  • Excellent software development background, e.g. C#, C++, Java, .NET.
  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
