Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Care Management: Support consultants with all candidate care activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Brand Representation: Represent PERSOLKELLY with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high-quality service delivery. Demonstrate expertise in human resources, client and candidate engagement, and timely response.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Employee Retention and Welfare: Manage the welfare of temporary employees, including handling queries, overseeing assignments, salary issues, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the contract duration.
  • Accurate Data Management: Ensure accurate, timely data entry and record-keeping in the company’s system, maintaining up-to-date information on candidates and employees.

Job Requirements:

  • At least have Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience around 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment agency
  • Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Sales Environment Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates a willingness to learn and take initiative in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Planning & Organization: Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to manage work cycles and deadlines effectively.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive working relationships.
