  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, distribution, transportation and customer services.
  • To lead all inventory management related activities.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.
  • To monitor distribution of products, to ensure the products are delivered based on schedule and meet customer service level.
  • Leading operation team in managing inventory management. Make sure daily cycle count is perform with efficiency and 100% accuracy.
  • To ensure all the records updated daily for all the inventory movement at warehouse.
  • Organize and conduct physical stock count with reconciliation with system data.
  • Investigate for any stock discrepancies at the warehouse.
  • To establish procedures to maintain high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Provide cycle count, putaway audit and stock count report as per KPI.
  • Time to time monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance to warehouse SOP and inventory guideline.
  • Evaluate inventory storage capabilities and submit proposals for improvement.
  • Provide clear instructions of the assigned work to the team.
  • Ensure all inventory movements are properly and timely updated and recorded.
  • Ensure all inventory related activities are carried out.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by superior.
  • Perform inventory product trace within stipulated timeline following ad hoc requests by customer.
  • Support the Warehouse Division in other tasks as assigned by Management.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administrative or it’s equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experiences in the capacity of Logistics or Warehouse Manager.
  • Proven hands-on logistics experiences.
  • Competent in dealing with customer.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Possess good decision making and communication skill.
