  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

1. Field service execution inc. battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance;

2. Service campaign execution, sometimes under remote instruction;

3. Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support;

4. Support of work order submission of regional service agents;

5. Handle regional project emergencies;

6. Effectively meet customer needs, front-end build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction;

7. Provide technical consultation on-site or remotely for customers, inc. their local dealers, distributors, end users, etc;

8. Coordinate quality, system and emergency issues with relevant departments and also provide on-site support inc. data collection, massive rework, commissioning, etc;

9. Report to regional service manager.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor/Master degree, science or engineering background;

2. Three years or more experience of on-site maintenance in battery-related industries;

3. Familiar with the automotive industry, battery industry, battery structure principle, battery common maintenance knowledge;

4. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, familiar with Office software, capable of document drafting, customer communication skills, strong communication and coordination skills with multiple parties, and the ability to track long-term complex problems till closure;

5. Having electrician foundation, understanding after-sales system, and having battery maintenance knowledge would be advantageous. Speaking fluent Chinese is a huge bonus;

6. Require strong team spirit, can accept business travel and flexible working schedule, and can perform well under pressure;

7. Job location is open to all major cities in Malaysia.
