Marketing Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports to management for further decision-making.
Office Management & Administration:
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy with company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Support special projects and initiatives, contributing to both the marketing and administrative needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Minimal experience in an administrative role with some exposure to marketing or communications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
