Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports to management for further decision-making.

Office Management & Administration:

  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy with company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, contributing to both the marketing and administrative needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Minimal experience in an administrative role with some exposure to marketing or communications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
