Scope of the role:

The role sits within one of OMD’s most valuable account teams servicing one of our key global brands. The team is highly passionate in providing creative & innovative solutions to the client, while having flawless operations delivery. As a Manager, you will be the face of OMD to a major client, to develop the relationship with clients & be seen by client as a valuable member of the account team who adds value to the business.

The role requires you to:

  • Work in collaboration with the media planning team to service clients and provide solution with solid technical digital knowledge and expertise
  • Understand the clients’ business well and establish the digital KPIs required in collaboration with the digital performance team and media planning team
  • Lead the digital performance conversations, thought leadership and overlook operations; Ensure delivery against best practices and set new benchmarks in performance both internally and with clients
  • Explore new methods of collecting data and insights to generate more accurate understanding of segments. This includes segment insights or review focusing on the industry. Provide on-going detailed reporting & media learnings, campaign optimization recommendations with point of view & justifications (Monthly online review, monthly tracker update)
  • Develop digital media strategies based on marketing briefs, communication objective/strategy, consumer insights and segments/competitive scenario. Strategies includes online, mobile and other digital activities (such as, paid Social, Display, Mobile, Programmatic buying) to strategize the multiple Segments of Interest, Affinity & Demographic along with Remarketing List definition
  • SEM & CPAS planning data analysis & insights
  • To drive digital conversations and solutions beyond just paid media optimization, across owned and earned media optimization such as Web Analytics and Optimization, SEO, Content optimization, CRO and Data Analytics to improve overall agency’s deliveries on campaign performance
  • To support digital executive on Precision Marketing and digital performance campaigns – (strategy, planning, Audience, insights and recommendations)
  • Provide overall digital strategy for the brand plan
  • Lead digital innovation and novelty in the market as well as having a good understanding and knowledge of the digital landscape alongside with the market /industry trends and update.
  • Oversee dashboard reporting management
  • Able to lead, train and upskill team

Required Skills or Attributes:

  • Min. 5-7 years in digital media and digital planning experience
  • Leadership skills in building and operation excellence for the teams and partners
  • Strong and confident articulation and communication skills
  • Always seeking new ideas/ inspirations to bring fresh perspectives to client work
  • Able to challenge and provide intelligent feedback to clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong people management, problem solving and proficient time management skills
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with elevated levels of accuracy
  • Strong in client servicing and digital media planning to provide innovative and effective solutions
  • Passionate about the media and communications industry and desire to achieve new business growth in a demanding landscape

  • Have experience with digital planning & possess expertise especially with ecommerce platforms
