- Performance Excellence
- Drive operational improvements through development of robust logistics processes and improvement of key performance indicators
- Monitor and track 3PL forward delivery/returns performance for MY market and international routes
- Maintain and consistently improve Customer Experience through delivery and returns lead time
- Explore and source new potential logistic partners to continuously improve service levels and cost metrics
- Review and monitor logistics capacity plan, based on alignment of forecast models
- Responsible for maintaining all day-to-day 3PL management processes
- Project Management
- Support cross-functional project collaboration from development to delivery, across project lifecycles to ensure timely project completion whilst meeting key project objectives
- Evaluate project scope of work, scheduling changes with clear communication on both operational and business-related issues with stakeholders
- Drive key initiatives within the logistics team that contributes to long-term operational excellence and cost savings
- Data and Business Intelligence
- Responsible for BI reporting, visualization, and data exploration development alongside with Looker dashboard enhancements
- Create and manage BI and analytics solutions to drive and monitor operational improvements, in addition to key performance indicators
- Refine problem statements, define objectives, and propose supporting data points or analytical analysis to support cost savings initiatives within Logistics
- Empower direct reports within Logistics Admin to be self-reliant by facilitating knowledge sharing and workshops
- 2+ years working experience in a financial or project management role, preferably in E-commerce/ supply chain/ logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in driving performance and improvements, with strong sense of ownership
- Effective in both verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with project team, 3PLs, and other stakeholders to drive improvements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with essential SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages
- Excellent spoken and written English
