Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for handling SMB Business and being able to perform analysis for upcoming Renewals & New Business.
- Generating a new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and partners.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customers and partners relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and partner needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare forecast and reports on deals based on individual and region.
- Collaborate with field sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging customer and partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels often organization including executive and C-level.
Requirements:
- Experience in the SaaS / Software Security industry will be an advantage.
- Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS office (Particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to juggle multiple promo and campaign at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening negotiating and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to locate new business opportunity and convert them into successful sales.
