Ansell is looking for Specialist, Marketing Communications (Medical) to be based in Cyberjaya. This position will support a variety of marketing projects within the EMAP Marketing & Communication team and work specifically on the execution of marketing campaign across EMAP region. Assist the EMAP marketing communications team in several areas such as campaigns implementation and localization, content marketing, digital marketing and other initiatives.

What your role will be in details?

Reporting to Manager Marcom, you will be :

  • Assist Marcom Manager to leverage the power of the different marketing channels (website, email, social media, …) to yield visibility, branding and lead generation
  • In collaboration with the Marcom Manager Medical, create market-relevant materials, establish timeline and execute campaign across EMAP regions (Education, Sustainability, Medical-specific campaigns)
  • Together with Marcom Manager, define KPIs and create campaign reporting to demonstrate ROI
  • Coordinate the content approvals with the appropriate legal, marketing, sales and regulatory executives. Make sure every aspect of our communications is in line with the company branding.
  • Assists MarCom Manager in discussions with Digital team regarding the development and maintenance of the website and digital content.
  • Assists with documenting all upcoming and ongoing activities in the Marketing and content management software (Welcome) and make sure the online calendar is always up-to-date
  • Coordinate (when needed/relevant), the translation/proofreading/typesetting of communication materials.
  • Ensure the release of ad hoc and product update communications when needed.
  • Provide support to specific projects and communication needs identified by the MarCom Manager and Marketing Marcom Assoc. Director.

What you will bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and brand management
  • Experience within the B2B industry preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • PC literate : thorough knowledge of PC, MS-Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Effective in building professional relationships
  • Strong communication skills – written, spoken and presentation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Project management competency
  • Open to participating in conference calls with global colleagues outside of standard
  • working hours
  • Might require some travel within EMEA
