Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies and ensure to align with company goals and industry trends
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes to ensure timely and effective hiring
  • Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge
  • Promote Koppiku as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels
  • Plan and participate in career fairs or any recruitment events to attract potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, providing regular reports and insights on hiring metrics and trends
  • Create ideas and manage company LinkedIn page
  • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity laws and company policies
  • Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the food & beverage industry or a related sector
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independent
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
