Responsibilities:
• Process export documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents for the timely submission of required documents.
• Verify and validate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Maintain and update documentation records to ensure accuracy and completeness for audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, and finance) and external stakeholders to resolve documentation-related issues.
• Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing timely updates and addressing discrepancies.
• Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Open to local Malaysian.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to support specific markets.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
• Previous experience in BPO or email support is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including public holidays, to support regional business needs.
