Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at Bossrec. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to the team. This role is located in Batu Caves but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Administrative Support and Office Management skills
- Organization and Time Management skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience with customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus
