  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyse and understand existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and document process details.
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping documentation (including process flow, technical specifications & scripts, and configuration), business requirement study (BRS), solution design and specification, robot development and deployment, and post-production RPA support to business users.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities (both cost and performance) and apply best practices in all RPA executions where possible.
  • Configure RPA solutions with optimal performance and ensure the automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Monitor the performance of all RPA solutions to ensure performance and stability of the solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the automation processes including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  • Provide effective and efficient support to the Digital Solutions & Transformation team to ensure smooth execution of automation/digitalisation initiatives.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in the automation processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and deployment of RPA solutions.

Job Success Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with any RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a must.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in programming, configuring, and deploying RPA programmes.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices
  • Self-motivated, a fast learner, and able to work with minimum supervision.

Additional Notes / Desirable Skills

  • Possess a good knowledge in Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative, creative, and able to multi-task.
  • Experience in SAP or any other Enterprise Software Solutions is an added advantage.
