Responsibilities:
- Assist in content and copywriting of print & digital collaterals such as hoarding, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, website, etc. for marketing and promotions
- Assist in content writing, research, interviews, for the development of newsletters, corporate profiles, decks, corporate videos, websites, social media content and other branding and communications collateral
- Work with Heads of Departments and KOLs (management, doctors, etc.) of SBUs to collate information on new products or services
- Assist with PR campaigns and liaising with media, as and when needed
- Assist in liaising with agencies, vendors, stakeholders and media (especially Chinese media)
- Manage the ordering and inventory of premium items and gifts
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials, i.e. content, copy, visuals, etc. used in the campaigns and obtain formal sign off
- Assist and coordinate / manage branding events such as exhibitions, VIP visits, roadshows and such
- Assist in getting approvals from KDN, KKLIU and MMA for hospital wide collaterals/events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations and Marketing, or a relevant degree
- Minimum 1 working experiences in related field
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed with prior internship experiences in digital marketing, event management, public relations, branding or communications
- Good knowledge in PR, Writing, Traditional and Digital Marketing & Communications landscape and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and BM. Able to speak other local dialects is an added advantage
- Good Presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to cope under pressure while managing multiple projects
