Job Description:

1. Business Planning and Development

  • Plan and develop marketing strategies for the Public, Doctors and Corporate Clients, with a key focus to grow the Malay market segment.
  • Assist in the formulation of packages and pricing of the services offered to potential clientele, ensuring a win-win outcome for all
  • Work with different departments in planning and implementing business plans including pricing review and marketing collaterals.
  • Propose and carry out promotional activities to all clients to generate revenue
  • Conduct competitor analysis and price comparison
  • Plan and strategize on creating partnership with corporate clients, communities, Insurance & Agencies within Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia
  • Draft the development of MoU/MoA as well as proposals for partnership and collaboration

2. Build and Strengthen Customer Channels

  • To schedule visits to existing and potential Corporate Clients, Insurance Agents, Specialists and GPs.
  • Review all marketing materials, ensuring that they are impactful, taking into consideration the challenges and limitations from other stakeholders.
  • Organise and support marketing programmes to engage the clients.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential clients to drive brand loyalty and association.
  • Drive core businesses and effectively market & sell our services to all new market segments
  • Prioritize & help drive a good patient journey experience for our clients, ensuring loyalty.
  • Schedule visits to existing and potential Clients
  • Review all new TPP agreements Business Office and Credit Control to ensure all parties are agreeable to the workflows

3. Market & Competitors Analysis: Gather Market Information and Knowledge of Customers’ Needs.

  • Develop effective marketing goals and objectives and lead the team to achieve them
  • Weekly updates on marketing activities eg. Scheduled visits and follow up actions (WIP).
  • To help gather market information so as to keep the Business Development, Branding and Communication teams updated on competitors’ movements and the Company’s position in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Good communications, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • A dynamic team player with strong analytical ability
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment
  • Strong networking skills and connection especially Corporate or Insurance in preferred
  • Able to speak multiple local dialects is an added advantage
