Job Description
1. Take charge of the recruitment needs of the business team and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
2. Be responsible for talent discovery, selection, interview evaluation, process control and optimization iteration;
3. Effectively develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the continuous supply of talents
4. Complete the corresponding recruitment indicators every month, fixed base salary + commission system
5. Freelance, project-based, no need for on-site office
Job requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above; excellent oral English;
2. More than 2 years of recruitment-related work experience, those with headhunting background are preferred;
3. Have good communication, expression and teamwork skills, and excellent stress resistance;
4. Love recruitment work, have enthusiasm and empathy to actively discover talents and quickly establish relationships with talents;
5. Have the desire to make money, obey arrangements, have your own talent pool, and actively search for candidates. Those with experience in e-commerce, skin care, and beauty industry are preferred
