As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the recruitment process at Finexus, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier IT talent. Collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you’ll develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and ensure our IT teams are built with the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Lead efforts to source, attract, and recruit the best IT talent using innovative sourcing strategies, networking, headhunting, and advanced recruitment tools.
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations, and finalizing offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct Technical Interviews and Assessments: Use your technical expertise to conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for IT roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop customized recruitment strategies based on these insights.
- Mentor Junior Recruiters: Share your knowledge and experience with junior recruiters, guiding them in IT recruitment best practices and helping them improve their skills.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to generate insights, improve strategies, and inform decision-making for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Promote Employer Brand: Position Finexus as a top employer in the IT space, highlighting our culture of innovation, growth, and career advancement opportunities.
- Optimizing Recruitment Technologies: Leverage advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring effective candidate management and streamlined workflows. This includes utilizing the ATS for tracking, automating processes, and improving recruitment efficiency. You will also maintain high standards for data integrity and candidate experience through the platform.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring for various IT roles.
- Proven success in stakeholder management and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, technical requirements, and common roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and familiar with IT job boards to streamline the recruitment process.
- In-house recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights to optimize the hiring process.
