Main Roles
- Anticipate Risk and Opportunities.
- Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.
- Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.
- Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics.
- Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate)
- Champions of HR and Finance systems tools
- Translation of the HR strategies to Finance.
- Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework
- He / she reports directly to HR Controlling Manager
- HEADCOUNT & FTE
- Salary planning (long and mid-term) – IPC (full including salary mass, accrual)
- Non-payroll cost like Expatriate costs

- 3 -5 years as Controller/Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner role background and willing to learn Finance knowledge.
