  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Part 1 Assistant Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.
  • Support the design development and documentation process.
  • Assist in preparing submission drawings and documentation for local authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (LAM Part 1 or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other relevant tools.
  • Strong design sense and conceptual thinking.
  • Good knowledge of local building regulations and submission procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
