Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in CCL Bukit Raja for a Manager, Route Planning & Strategy at CARSOME. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day route planning operations, implementing strategic initiatives for optimizing route efficiency, and managing transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in route planning, transportation logistics, and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
