- Develop, manage and monitor contents on social media and help to create marketing contents for social media outreach purposes and social applications (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and etc.)
- Improve, implement or update social media posting channels pertaining to present promotions/ events, photo galleries, comments, etc.
- Monitor, evaluate, research and administer social media tools on a daily basis and generate reports and analytics
- Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed
- Analyzing results, customer’s need and wants, market conditions and competitor’s data in all social media channel
- Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the outlet/ brand’s website, Facebook, etc
- Dealing with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly
- Be up to date with social media trends and development, and to identify and analyze competitor advertising methods and strategies
- Bachelor in any related field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
- Energetic, digital savvy and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (i.e.: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
- Possess knowledge of social media tools (i.e.: SEO, SEM, etc.)
