What does a TaskUs Teammate really do? Think of yourself as the backbone of the company, the employee that will provide the best and world-class customer experience to your clients.

As a Teammate, you must:

  • Responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales ecommerce revenue for clients.
  • Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
  • When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales team
  • Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels
  • Inbound only, no outbound service required

So, do you have what it takes to become a teammate? We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is willing to work on-site
  • Has 1 year customer service or sales experience.
  • Able to speak in Malay & English. This is required as Teammates will provide support for Malay/English customers.
  • We are open for local Malaysian.
  • Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills
  • Is computer literate and proficient to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications
  • Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice)
  • This is an office hour position, servicing Malaysia operation hours. (Monday to Friday)
