Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service who will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, chat and email. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is shift-based, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order processing, payment issues, and return requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and sales) to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies.
- Work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or automotive industry).
- Strong communication in English and Malay.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- A problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for motorcycles is a plus!
