  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be primarily focused on human resource management, employee relations, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws, along with the ability to manage payroll processing and ensure a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters, including performance, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with the Labor Act and stay updated on any legal changes affecting HR policies.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources in Retail and Beauty Industry
  • Proven experience in human resource management, particularly in employee relations and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Labor Act and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open to Malaysians only, preferably candidates who can understand Mandarin.
  • Available to start on short notice or by 10th March 2025

Salary: RM3800-4500
