BACKGROUND

Experience:

  • At least 10+ years of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Has prior experience in winning pitches and new clients
  • Strong research experience and good application of knowledge
  • Business development and developing strong client relationships
  • Experience in relevant sectors
  • Designing sound business plans outlining client, people, collaboration and financial considerations

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of various socio-cultural frameworks
  • Ability to apply frameworks and models into practice
  • Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines

Qualifications:

Ø Degree in Business, Social Science, Psychology, Communications or related studies

  • Produce proposals that meet and where possible exceed the brief requirements
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with the Operation departments to ensure we deliver what we say we will
