Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency
Manage documentation, data entry, and communication with internal teams and clients
Assist with customer account setups and ensure accurate configurations
Conduct compliance reviews (e.g., ID card, passport, address certificate)
Assist customers and sales teams to resolve deposit issues and process transactions
Verify power of attorney and set account conditions
Address commission issues and process customer withdrawal requests
Manage financial affairs, including bookkeeping, accounting, and balancing
-Coordinate local market demands and provide feedback to headquarters
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Previous experience in back office operations or administrative roles
Familiarity with office tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Mandarin and English speaker required for managing client relations with China
