Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and manage banking services.
  • Conduct system integration and testing to enhance payment solutions.
  • Perform functional, regression, and system testing for mobile banking applications.
  • Utilize API tools, such as Postman, for testing and validating service interactions.
  • Contribute to test execution and process automation, leveraging automation tools where applicable.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to transaction processing and card services.
  • Document test cases, defects, and reports to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in manual testing within the banking domain, specifically on mobile applications.
  • API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman (preferred).
  • Automation Exposure: Familiarity with test automation tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
