About the Role:

We are looking for a bilingual HR Executive to support employee relations and HR operations across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will work closely with project managers to ensure effective workforce management, compliance with local labor policies, and seamless client coordination.

What You’ll Do:

Employee Relations & Local Policy Support

  • Assist project managers in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), tracking progress, and maintaining employee communication records.
  • Interpret local labor laws and support the development of localized execution plans.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, conduct regular check-ins, and maintain positive employee relationships.

Client Coordination & Project Management

  • Support project managers in handling end-to-end HR processes for overseas operations, including job requirement clarification, candidate recommendations, interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with payroll verification, attendance tracking, and employee reports to ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the China-based team and local execution teams in Southeast Asia, ensuring real-time updates and smooth operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, HRBP experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both Chinese & English (written and spoken), as this role is require to work with teams based in Mainland China.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Southeast Asian labor laws and policies is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to holiday differences between China and Malaysia, which may require occasional overtime.
