Job Summary

As a Partnership & Event Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with iMotorbike’s vision. You will also lead the planning and execution of events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a proactive and creative marketer with strong networking, negotiation, and event management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, businesses, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize brand exposure and mutual benefits.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with motorcycle clubs, influencers, media outlets, and industry professionals.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, including trade shows, product launches, sponsorship activations, and community gatherings.
  • Develop event concepts and strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience engagement.
  • Handle event logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Measure event success through attendee feedback, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and partnerships across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop promotional materials, event invitations, and content for social media.
  • Engage with motorcycle communities to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
  • Track and analyze partnership and event performance to optimize future strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership management, event marketing, creative thinking or brand collaborations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for motorcycles or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings when necessary.
