Job Summary

On-site inspections, handles customer quality complaints, investigates issues, and ensures timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve quality-related customer complaints at project sites.
  • Prepare root cause analyses and corrective action plans (RCA & CAPA) and ensure timely resolutions at site.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams for on-site inspection and document inspection results and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality complaints raise by client and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
  • Conduct external Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities at supplier or manufacturer facilities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve any deviations during FAT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Quality Management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in site-based quality engineering, customer support, or project quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality systems.
  • Based in office, site and manufacturing environment
