The Role:
IT Finance Budget
- Monitor overall IT budget utilization.
- Ensure all procurement and renewal of IT Hardware, Software and Professional services are complying to the Procurement Policy and Operational Procedures.
- Collaborate with budget owner and stakeholder for the submission of IT-related annual budget.
- Construct monthly financial report and submit to Group IT Finance for compilation.
Procurement - Tender & Maintenance Renewal
- Conduct procurement & tender process for maintenance renewal on IT hardware, software and professional services including contract renewal with stakeholder for the awarded vendors.
- Conduct consolidated renewals of hardware and software for price competitive exercise with the objective to source for qualified vendors.
- Ensure all procurement activities are carry out according to Finance procurement guidelines.
Procurement Payment
- Process IT payments verification and invoice payment within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide guidance to project manager in processing invoices received from vendor or supplier until payment ready within 30 days.
- Prepare monthly payment performance report and provide recommendation for improvement on monthly basis.
The Person:
- Possess at least a degree/ professional degree/ Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of IT related working experience, specializing in IT Finance and Vendor Management in Financial Institutions and supporting different types of computer systems.
- Good interpersonal skills and a creative approach to problem solving and provide options and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve its goals.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
