We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Investor Relations Manager to lead our capital-raising efforts and drive investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of green finance, sustainable investments, and ESG-driven real estate funding, along with an established network of impact investors, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional funds focused on sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capital Raising for Green Projects – Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting ESG-conscious investors, sustainability-focused funds, and institutions backing green real estate.
  • Investor Relations & ESG Reporting – Maintain transparent and consistent communication with investors, ensuring they receive regular updates on financial performance, sustainability metrics, and impact assessments.
  • Pitch & Presentation Development – Create compelling investment decks, ESG impact reports, and financial models that highlight the long-term value of sustainable real estate investments.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance – Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Market Intelligence & Sustainability Trends – Stay updated on green financing, carbon credit markets, sustainable development regulations, and trends in ESG-aligned investment strategies.
  • Deal Structuring & Investor Incentives – Collaborate on structuring investment opportunities, including green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, and impact investment funds.
  • Networking & Strategic Partnerships – Build relationships with key stakeholders, including impact investors, ESG rating agencies, green finance institutions, and regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Sustainable Development, Environmental Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or ESG certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, or financial advisory within real estate, sustainable finance, or private equity.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG investing, green bonds, carbon markets, and sustainable finance regulations.
  • Existing network of ESG-focused investors, impact investment funds, and sustainable real estate stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Passion for green buildings, climate resilience, and ESG-driven real estate development.
