  • Monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with purchase specifications
  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving any issues
  • Maintaining detailed procurement records and reports
  • Ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and compliance regulation
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • Diploma / STPM or Higher Qualification.
  • Minimum 1 Year of Working Experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with vendors and colleagues.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in procurement and administrative tasks.
  • Basic Understanding of Procurement Practices and Contract Negotiation.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
