We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting candidates who are a great fit for our clients' job openings. This position requires a passion for connecting people with their ideal careers and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Reference Checking: Perform reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Help candidates navigate offer negotiations and assist clients in making competitive offers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on providing outstanding candidate and client experiences.
