Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities:
- Min SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Proficient in speaking Mandarin, as the role requires handling calls in Mandarin.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Able to read and write traditional mandarin.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
- Willing to commit to shift hours (rotational shift work environment).
