Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle voice, chat and email interactions with customers.
  • Advise customers on the latest promotions and offers.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with back-end support teams to resolve member issues, queries, or concerns.
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of case escalations or support work related to client processes and procedures.

  • Min SPM or Diploma qualification.
  • Proficient in speaking Mandarin, as the role requires handling calls in Mandarin.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
  • Able to read and write traditional mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
  • Willing to commit to shift hours (rotational shift work environment).
