Our client, a well-known consumer goods manufacturing firm is seeking a seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and execute change management activities for an ERP transformation and other digital transformation initiatives in Malaysia and Singapore. The primary responsibility will be to design and communicate strategies that drive the successful adoption of change within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive change management and communication strategy for the ERP Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with key program objectives and milestones.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assess the transformation’s impact on employees and the organization, identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing risks to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Focus on effective change communication and drive adoption across the organization, ensuring all levels of employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • Innovate and explore new channels and methods for increasing awareness of the ERP transformation, such as events, newsletters, success stories, and other creative initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners to create, write, and design engaging content, including videos and other communication materials that support the ERP transformation narrative.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all change management efforts, offering guidance and support to project teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders on effective communication strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the change management program's goals and deliverables.
  • Regularly track and report on the progress of change management activities, identifying areas of success and areas that need attention, and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Change Management for IT transformation programs (experience in ERP transformation is a plus).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex digital transformations (experience in a manufacturing environment is a bonus).
  • Strong knowledge of change management models, strategies, and processes.
  • Experience working with external agencies to co-create and execute change communication strategies across various platforms and channels.
  • Solid project management experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and multimedia production (video creation, etc.).
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change management initiatives, including developing and executing communication strategies and plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation is a plus.
  • Highly professional, innovative, self-motivated, and passionate about driving change.
