  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position : Implementation Manager (Malaysia)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reporting to : Implementation Director

Work Location : Hybrid with travel limited international travel required

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of SunFish Workplaze for clients in Malaysia.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Lead and manage multiple project managers, fostering collaboration and efficiency across implementation teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the implementation phase by actively monitoring project activities, managing customer interactions, and addressing customer's concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in industries such as HRIS, ERP, or SaaS is highly preferable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex software implementations on time and within budget.
