The Marketing Executive role provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth Marketing & Business management across the group of companies. The role does encompasses other areas namely business development, public relations, reporting, operations oversight relating to marketing by working closely with the Board of Director(s).

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients, stakeholders, and investors.
  • Support feasibility studies and proposal development.

2.Public Relations and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the appointed marketing team to execute offline & online campaigns and strategies.
  • Attend industry events and build relationships with key players in the F&B sector.

3.Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor the progress of key company projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure alignment with the Company’s vision.
  • Align with Marketing goals from the operation arrangement & status.

4.Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed reports, including performance metrics, for board meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.

5.General Affairs:

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director(s) with Marketing department & other Department.
  • Manage and track personal and professional commitments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the F&B or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
