Corporate Solutions & Training Consultant

Position Summary:

Role Overview:
- Guide professionals in selecting the right Analytics, IT & Business training programs.
- Proactively engage with leads & build corporate partnerships.
- Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and pitch customized EdTech training solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure seamless training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Program Consultant (50%):
Counsel and guide individuals exploring career transitions or upskilling opportunities
by matching them with suitable training programs in Analytics, Data Science, and IT.
Actively generate leads through phone calls, emails, and digital outreach, including
cold calling.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored training solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners,
manage enrollment processes, and coordinate training schedules.
Ensure all interactions and follow-ups are accurately recorded in CRM systems for
transparency and tracking.
Corporate Training Executive (50%):
Source and secure corporate clients through business development activities such as
cold calls, networking, and collaborations.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to design campaigns targeting HR
departments, L&D coordinators, and training managers in corporate sectors.
Leverage industry-specific schemes such as HRDC and MDEC to promote corporate
training programs.
Build robust relationships with decision-makers across industries and pitch
customized corporate training solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery of
corporate training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer
engagement roles.
Prior experience in educational counseling or selling training programs is
advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage both B2C and B2B relationships.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
within a team.
Work Hours & Compensation
Salary Range: MYR 3,500–4,000 (inclusive of allowances).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – half day), Sunday – Off.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM MYT.
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
