In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical systems, provide on-site support, resolve network and server issues, and handle user inquiries. Be the go-to expert for all technical challenges!
What you will do
- Provide service engineering eg installation, technical and maintenance support services.
- To provide on-site support to customers including troubleshooting, breakdown calls and resolve their area of concern.
- Register and response to all user requests/ enquiries and perform level 1 support.
- Perform troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software applications.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve network and server issues
- Other task assigned on a daily basis.
What you will need
- Currently pursuing / possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows / Linux / Mac OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Able to report to work at Bandar Utama, PJ
- Able to take on internship with minimum duration of 3 months
