  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

Mission

Become an indispensable partner to the Graphic Designer by proactively assisting with daily graphic design development & execution, collaborating for ideas, conducting industry research, managing and organizing creative working files and applying overall skill development and continuous learning with high excellence.

Outcomes

1. Deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content within 24 Hours upon assignment

  • Deliver 100% of digital assets on time (including but not limited to social media posts, email templates, website elements)

2. Contribute effectively by openly communicating ideas to the creative process

  • Develop and present 2-3 wireframes or mock-up designs per project to communicate design concepts clearly

3. Maintain organized and accessible digital archive of all design assets using Dropbox & Google Suite

  • Update and maintain version control for all design files, ensuring that revisions are tracked and accessible to the team on a weekly basis.
  • Optimize 80-100% of existing design files to ensure consistency with evolving branding guidelines, marketing needs, and project requirements.

4. Feedback Integration, Skill Development, and Continuous Learning

  • Proactively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from senior designers, project managers, and other team members to refine and improve design quality and outcomes by maintaining an average design score of 8/10 or higher from both marketing teams and creative leads on creative alignment
